We handle the entire permitting process on your behalf. Our team submits all plans directly to the City and coordinates closely with the building departments to help your project move efficiently through plan check and approval. We assist in gathering all required documents and issuance forms and coordinate with local agencies to obtain final permit approval.

We actively manage the construction phase to ensure your project is built exactly as designed. Our team responds promptly to all Requests for Information (RFIs), coordinates directly with subcontractors, and performs regular site visits to verify that construction aligns with the approved plans and specifications. This hands-on approach helps prevent costly errors and ensures quality control throughout the build.
